Real Estate Attorney

JOB OVERVIEW Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. is currently recruiting a Lateral Attorney or an Associate Attorney with 2+ years’ experience in Real Estate law who is looking to grow their practice and join an established team of respected attorneys. The ideal lateral candidate should have an established client base with the ability to add 50 percent capacity.

Coolidge offers competitive compensation packages including relocation. ABOUT THIS POSITION The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality, enjoy collaborating with coworkers and clients as a team player, and willingness to take on responsibilities as appropriate. Prior experience and familiarity in Real Estate law is required along with strong skills in legal drafting.

Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and representation. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio. This job is a full-time, in office position in Dayton, Ohio with some work-from-home flexibility as needed. Coolidge Wall has a large secretarial and paralegal support staff to assist in making our attorneys highly productive.
