Caregiver – Rochester Hills, MI Care. One Senior Care is looking for a reliable and caring caregiver to join our team for a full-time position in Rochester Hills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, providing dependable support, and getting to know the person they care for. Schedule Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM Consistent hours are available for someone who can reliably work this schedule.

About the Position This is a non-medical home care position providing day-to-day assistance and companionship. The client is fairly independent but benefits from help with household activities, transportation, meals, errands, and maintaining a comfortable routine.

What You'll Do

Spend time with the client and provide friendly companionship Help with light cleaning, laundry, and household organization Prepare meals and assist with meal-related tasks Provide medication reminders as outlined in the care plan Transport the client in their vehicle when needed Assist with errands and scheduled appointments Encourage a safe and comfortable home environment Provide assistance with the client's normal daily routine Keep the office and family informed of important updates Complete required shift documentation What We're Looking For 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license Comfortable operating the client's vehicle Good driving history preferred Dependable transportation to the client's home Reliable and punctual Professional and respectful communication Able to perform the essential duties of the position Able to lift up to 25 pounds Successful completion of required background screening Current TB test or willingness to complete one Access to a reliable phone for communication and scheduling Previous home care experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider dependable candidates who are new to caregiving.
