The United Pentecostal Church International is currently recruiting for the position of Promotions Producer within Global Missions.

The purpose of this position is to direct and coordinate promotional activities, materials, and creative decisions for Global Missions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Direct and coordinate the design and delivery of a variety of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and annual missionary maps. Maintain and update websites with necessary graphics, posts, and scheduling.

Monitor and review material to ensure that schedules are met, guidelines are adhered to, and adequate quality is met. Develop promotions for current programs and specials. Design and implement promotional creative aspects of the General Conference booth area, broadcasts, and coordinate the creative portion of the General Conference service.

Participate in General Conference service planning. Maintain monthly webcast for Global Missions Director. Plan, manage, and coordinate social media for Global Missions. Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.

Qualifications

Minimum Training and Experience Required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel). A college degree is preferred but not required. Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. Ability to learn new skills and implement them quickly. Ability to meet deadlines and stay on schedule.

Ability to work with a team. Organizational skills. Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems. Careful attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to focus and multitask in a quick-paced work environment. Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting products or services.

This includes marketing strategy and tactics.
