Cold Retail Berlin

COLD is not just streetwear. It's attitude. It's culture. It's revolution. We were born in the streets, we create from raw creative energy, and we move with our own style. Every piece says it loud: no fear, no filters, no asking for permission. Our vision is worldwide: we're not here to fit in — we're here to break the mold.

COLD is a brand for those who dare to be different. We're opening our new store in Berlin, and we're building the founding team from the ground up — Sales Specialists, a Key Lead and a Coach (Store Manager) who'll set the tone for COLD in Germany. 🎯 WHAT WILL YOU DO? Connect with every customer: Listen, recommend, and create a personalized experience that leaves a mark.

Close sales with style: Turn every opportunity into a sale with speed, fluidity, and precision. Represent the COLD style: From how you dress to how you speak, you embody the brand. Keep the space flawless: Order, stock, visuals, and details always at the highest level. Support the team: Collaborate, contribute ideas, and stay ready for anything.

Launch new collections with impact: Receive product, present it with style, and make it stand out. ⚡ WHO ARE YOU? You naturally transmit confidence, style, and leadership. You have retail experience — if it's in fashion or streetwear, even better. You're organized, fast, and detail-oriented. You can read the customer and offer immediate solutions.

You're available on weekends and holidays, when the store is buzzing. 📆 YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Keep the store looking top-tier: clean, organized, full of life. Make sure our best-sellers never go out of stock. Process sales with flow and efficiency. Receive new collections and lay them out with style and precision. 🖤 WHY JOIN COLD?

Because you're not just coming here to work. You're joining something bigger. At COLD, we build community, shape culture, and grow together. We believe talent should be nurtured, so we offer: Real growth within the brand. Exclusive employee discount. A team that vibes with you, not against you. A space where you can be yourself — no masks.
