Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

SUMMARY Oversee building and systems maintenance, safety, and operational aspects, serving as liaison between staff, vendors, and management to ensure a well-functioning and secure environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain schedules for routine maintenance, conduct inspections to identify issues, and oversee repairs and renovations to ensure that the building systems and equipment are functioning equipment. Work with and manage external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and other facility-related services, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of tasks.

Monitor maintenance budget spending, assist with budget planning, and manage the inventory of necessary supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct routine safety inspections, and coordinate security protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, expenditures, and asset information.

Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruption and ensure employee safety.
