Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred (new grads welcome!) Passion for providing high-quality patient care Key Responsibilities: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (nursing, OT, SLP, physicians) Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely Educate residents and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards Apply today and make a difference in the lives of our residents!
