Role Detail Join our Technology team and help drive the adoption of market-leading technology across one of Australia’s top-tier law firms. Based in our Sydney CBD office and reporting to the Technology Learning Manager, you'll play a key role in helping our people work smarter, collaborate more effectively, and get the most from the firm’s technology tools and platforms.

With a focus on the Sydney office, you'll lead technology training, change management and communications initiatives, using your expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot and other core technologies to improve digital capability and streamline ways of working. You'll design and deliver engaging training programs, create practical self-service learning resources, and partner with project teams to successfully roll out new technologies nationally.

This highly visible role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one, supporting our Sydney office while collaborating with stakeholders and colleagues across the broader Technology Learning team in Australia and Singapore.

About You

You'll enjoy working in a high-performing, fast-paced environment where you'll partner closely with stakeholders to understand how people work and help them embrace technology more effectively. Combining strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with a passion for digital adoption, you'll play a key role in driving change and helping our people get the most from the firm's technology investments.

To set you up for success, you'll bring: Experience developing and delivering technology adoption and change initiatives. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot and generative AI tools, with knowledge of Legal. Tech platforms an advantage. Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs and self-service learning resources.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology concepts for diverse audiences. A proactive, customer-focused approach, combined with strong project, time management and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to collaborate effectively, influence outcomes and manage competing priorities.

Relevant qualifications in training, change management, communications, business or technology (desirable).
