Manager, Software Engineering

As a Manager of Software Engineering at Soft. Writers, you will be a key part of the motor that drives our product line to success. You will lead one or more engineering teams through the modernization and expansion of our product portfolio, while also leading your team through how that work gets done — helping engineers adopt an agentic, AI-first software development lifecycle as a normal part of their craft, not an afterthought.

You will have the chance to lead the design and development of software solutions and help grow your team members' careers, all while championing our culture, mission, and values as a People Leader.
