Annual Holiday Schedule: Set and publish the site’s holiday schedule each year in coordination with the General Manager.
Compliance & Records: Ensure compliance with federal and Massachusetts employment requirements (e.g., wage and hour, leave, MA PFML, pay transparency, required postings and training); maintain complete, confidential, audit-ready employee files in ADP; and partner with EHS and Quality on training records required in our FDA-, NRC-, and OSHA-regulated environment.
