• Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment A leading digital streaming network seeks a Domestic Compensation Senior Finance Manager to manage headcount and compensation planning for its domestic cable network operations, serving as a finance domain expert on compensation expense, reporting, analysis, and metrics. Domestic Compensation Senior Finance Manager Responsibilities: Provide financial oversight of headcount and compensation for domestic operations with over 1,000+ staff employees, including review of monthly commission payouts. Leverage various financial systems to forecast and report compensation expenses and headcount related to monthly/quarterly closes, periodic forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning. Provide the leadership team with information and insights to better plan and manage the labor workforce. Partner with HR to align headcount reporting and related expenses to organizational changes, and maintain strong working relationships with HR, Finance track leads, and operating groups. Represent the finance team on initiatives that impact headcount and compensation planning, reporting, and analytics. Domestic Compensation Senior Finance Manager Qualifications: 6-8+ years of financial planning & analysis, reporting, and accounting-related experience, preferably in the media industry. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong working knowledge of general accounting principles, concepts, and processes (US GAAP/IFRS). Experience in Oracle Fusion, Longview, and SAP is preferred. Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry is preferred. Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
