Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

NAFFCO is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide timely support, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and customer requests. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to resolve customer issues and follow up on pending requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and complaints.

Monitor customer requests and ensure timely responses and resolutions. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns. Support the team in maintaining a high standard of customer service. Prepare and maintain necessary reports and documentation.

Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification. Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a related role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Good coordination and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
