International Customer Support Specialist

The job is shift based and includes morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Digitain partners’ support representatives through online chat or other messengers Provide timely, accurate and complete information using the right methods/tools Answer partners’ inquiries related to services, games, bets and other products provided by the company Identify and assess partners’ needs to achieve satisfaction Interact with Partners to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests Handle partners’ complaints providing appropriate solution or to find alternative options to solve the issues if any Register all type of issues in the ticketing system for the review of corresponding departments Build sustainable, long relationship and trust with Partners through open and interactive communication Requirements Genuine curiosity about gaming and good understanding of online gaming industry Proficient in English and Russian languages (written and verbal) Result-oriented Multitasking skills Creative thinking Attention to details Ability to work in high pressure and in stressful situations Excellent communication and writing skills Prior experience as a front line employee would be a plus Willingness to work on 24/7 shifts (is a must)
