Job description
This position performs highly responsible, detail-oriented work involving the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting functions of the Building Division within the Development Services Department. The Quality Assurance and Reports Specialist is responsible for generating, processing, verifying, and distributing all Building Division financial and operational reports; coordinating payment posting and reconciliation; preparing regulatory reports for outside agencies; assisting with permit final quality control.
