• Energy Corridor $20-$21 per hour + Commission & Bonus Abbey Residential Services, Inc. has a rare opening for a Resident Services Coordinator at The Abbey at Energy Corridor , located at 1520 Enclave Parkway Houston’s Energy Corridor . The Resident Services Coordinator plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our residents. This position serves as a primary point of contact for resident questions, service needs, and day-to-day concerns while working closely with both the maintenance and office teams to help resolve issues promptly and professionally. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, service-focused, and comfortable working in a busy apartment community. In addition to resident services, this position will also assist with leasing, marketing, and other property operations as needed.

Qualifications

1-2 years of apartment leasing experience required High comfort level and skill in communicating and resolving resident issues Experience working at a busy apartment community is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Real. Site experience strongly preferred Ability to work in a positive manner with residents, coworkers, and the maintenance team Strong follow-through, organization, and problem-solving skills This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leasing experience who enjoys working with residents and would like to expand their knowledge of overall property management operations.

Compensation
