Payroll Supervisor

We here at The Funds manage and administer the benefits of thousands of Union members who work in the hotel industry within NYC. Our team is looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor who believes in our company's mission and is seeking to make a major contribution to our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the Payroll function Ensures timely and accurate Payroll processing in accordance to the organization's policies and federal, state, and local regulations Provides excellent customer service and develop solutions to payroll related issues Works closely with our Payroll processor, 401(K) administrator as well as the Workers' Compensation and disability carriers regarding a wide variety of issues.

Interacts with employees at all levels regarding Payroll Related Issues Supervises the Paymaster and ensures that daily workflow processes stay current Position Qualifications Minimum of 5 years Payroll Processing Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in supervisory role Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
