Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Executive Director to oversee the overall operations, financial performance, and strategic growth for Columbus Cardiology Associates of GA. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, financial stability, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

The Executive Director will collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and key stakeholders to drive organizational goals, lead continuous improvement initiatives, support staff development, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, and revenue cycle management.

Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead diverse teams, improve operational performance, and support quality patient care.
