BAYADA Home Healthhas an exciting opportunity for a**Full-Time Admissions (SOC)**Registered Nurse!! You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC)for adult and geriatric patients inFalmouth, Mashpee, Sandwich and Bourne. Medicare Certified Home Health experience is required.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• CompleteOASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Medicare Certified Home Health experience required.
