Real Estate Analyst

The Real Estate Analyst is responsible for Assessment system administration, application support and preparing/creating reports from the ias. World system for the Assessment office, other county departments and the general public. The Real Estate Analyst is also responsible for assisting with resolution of QA/QC issues and proactively seeking to improve/enhance existing processes and reporting.

In addition, the Real Estate Analyst will partner with internal and external business partners in mass appraisal review/ implementation activities as part of future countywide revaluation project(s).
