Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Administrate full-cycle recruitment for technicians, sales, and office staff Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation Support employee relations, coaching, and performance improvement plans Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA requirements Administer benefits (health, 401(k), PTO) and assist with payroll support Track HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs Support training, engagement, and retention initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of HR experience required Service, construction, or security industry experience preferred Ability to support both field and office employees Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Core Competencies Integrity
