Position: Technology Support Specialist Location: Mandan, ND Key Responsibilities: Process daily Director and Business Analytics tasks, statements, file monitoring, and vendor file transfers. Provide support for Microsoft 365, ShareFile, Trism, eFax, Ticket Hub, and other business applications.

Troubleshoot and support bank equipment including phone systems, printers, conference room A/V, and overhead music systems. Administer physical security systems, including key fobs, door schedules, and video surveillance equipment. Provide onsite technical support and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred. One to three years of experience in technology support, operations, information technology, or a related field preferred. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and general computer systems.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to learn new technologies, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
