We are currently seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our organization. As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for executing a disciplined calling program to grow new and existing business banking relationships. You will source prospects through cold calls, centers of influence (e.

g., local chamber of commerce, Certified Public Accountants etc.), community outreach, and digital research. Build referral pipelines, identify cross-sell opportunities, and position Nusenda products and services to meet member needs by uncovering needs through targeted questions, presenting tailored solution sets, coordinating as needed with Treasury Management and Business Banking Underwriting for pricing and structure.
