Activity Driver

Job Summary

As an Activity Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school activities, and patrons to and from local and non-local events, ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers during their journey.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain an orderly, calm, and safe environment on the bus. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus before and after each route. Report any required repairs or maintenance to the team. Complete and submit mileage reports for the routes driven. Keep the bus clean, tidy, and in mechanically sound condition.

Follow all traffic laws and school safety protocols. Attend monthly safety meetings and any other required training.

Requirements

Valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a background check, DOT Physical and DOT Drug screening. Ability to work a flexible schedule and commit to reliable attendance. Willingness to obtain a DOT License ( we provide paid training to help you obtain this ). A passion for working with children and the public, and a dedication to everyone's safety.
