Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate information systems to meet organizational goals and requirements Evaluate existing system architecture and collaborate with technical teams to recommend improvements Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure project success Stay informed on emerging technologies, researching and proposing changes to enhance system performance Communicate with stakeholders to address challenges and ensure alignment on technical solutions Analyze the business impact of technical decisions and recommend strategies to maximize value Requirements At least 3 years of experience in software development Expertise with Salesforce platforms and tools Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment while meeting deadlines and adapting to change Experience working in Agile development processes, including iterative planning and delivery Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
