Software Engineer, Developer Tools

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer, Developer Tools based in Canada. This is a fully remote engineering role focused on building tools that make software integration simple, reliable, and intuitive for developers.

You will work across SDKs, command-line tools, React Email, MCP, integrations, and the backend services that support them. The role combines strong backend engineering with a deep focus on developer experience, APIs, reliability, and interface design. You will help developers understand failures, integrate products into existing workflows, and confidently scale their applications.

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams while also interacting directly with developers through support channels, GitHub issues, and pull requests.
