Early Intervention Service Coordinator

The Child. Link program coordinates services for children under the age of three with developmental delays or disabilities. Service Coordinators work closely with families and service providers throughout the early intervention process.

Key responsibilities include

arranging initial evaluations to determine if a child is eligible for early intervention services; developing plans to meet the unique needs of children and their families; coordinating needed services and supports; and helping families navigate the early intervention system.
