Market. Vector is seeking an Engineering Lead for our Technology department in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will lead and mentor a hands-on engineering team that designs, builds, and operates the platforms behind our global equity, bond, digital asset, and custom indexes, including real-time data pipelines, index calculation engines, and client-facing APIs.
You will own the architecture and roadmap of our internal and external platforms — including integrations between tools, data systems, and our public-facing website — and be accountable for system reliability, security, scalability, and code quality across the SDLC. Working closely with colleagues, you will coordinate across Frankfurt and New York, to deliver production-grade services that meet stringent governance standards.
