Mulberry Supply Room Attendant

Supply/Cleaning Attendant The purpose of this job is to: (1) ensure clean break room, office, employee hallways and restrooms in accordance with company standards for quantity, cleanliness, and safety and security. (2) Ensure that adequate supplies are available for production employee usage. (3) Replenish paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

and maintain sanitary conditions at all times. (4) Must gather all cotton liners and laundry them throughout the day as needed (1) Work Objectives:

• Stock supply cart and use the amount of supplies that are in accordance with standards. After handing out supplies ensure they areput back up and secured.
• Clean break room and office, which includes but is not limited to gathering and emptying trash, cleaning microwaves, wiping down tables, removing gum from floors and tables, dusting furniture and fixtures, sweeping and moping floors. Maintain sanitary conditions at all times.
• Clean restrooms, which include but are not limited to cleaning lavatory fixtures, commodes, floors, wall and mirrors. Maintain sanitary conditions at all times.
• Replenish restroom supplies (hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc.in accordance to company standards. Inspect room for repairs or fixtures that are not working properly and notify maintenance personnel of items such as leaking faucets, commodes not flushing or overflowing damaged paper towel dispensers or replacing light bulbs.
• Sanitize all “hand scan” pads to assist in prevention of the transmission of germs.
• After cleaning store supplies and empty trash in accordance with company procedures. Restroom Entrance: Announce presence and enter restrooms in accordance with company standards and procedures. Teamwork Be available to work a varied scheduled of hours worked and days off. Assist other employees in various assignments such as cleaning, stocking supplies or assisting in laundry. Safety and Security
• Perform work duties in accordance with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Perform work duties in accordance with regulations such as OSHA, HAZCOM, and Blood Borne Pathogens.
• Latex gloves shall be worn during any cleaning process to protect the person cleaning from the accidental transmissions or receiving of any germs.
• Report all unauthorized persons or misbehaving employees to Production Supervisor or Security immediately. Only authorized active employees are allowed inside this facility (this includes the break room area).
• Report and store lost and found items in accordance with company procedures. Additional Requirements:
• Must follow all guidelines related to SSOP’s, GMP’s ,PPE’s, etc.
• Must follow all rules in line with the company policy including attendance, break times, etc.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot/cold or wet/dry environment.
• Physical Requirement:
• Standing and/or walking during the entire shift.
• Requires considerable reaching, lifting, and grasping
• Work in wet, cold environment. It is very important that you understand all the procedures above and follow them. It is your responsibility to see that the product you are working with is handled properly and does not become contaminated or end up on the floor. All other duties assigned by your supervisor.
