• Chapel Hill, NC, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Role and Responsibilities Provide routine geriatric health care services to residents in an assigned area based on resident needs. Provide assistance with activities of daily living. Provide engagement to residents in a way that honor their preferences and encourage residents to participate in Life Enrichment events. Taking and recording vital signs and other data regarding the resident’s physical and mental status. Participate in resident care planning Participate in peer reviews to monitor quality care issues.
