Procedural Scheduler - Orthopedics Surgery

Under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager/Supervisor, this position is responsible for scheduling surgical procedures.

Key responsibilities include

preparing clinical data for submission of request for prior authorization, maintaining appropriate logs, and documentation of authorizations status. Preferred Qualifications

Medical Assistant, Billing, or Front Office Management certification from an accredited vocational school. Experience in referral authorizations and Surgical Scheduling. Why Join Providence?
