1 year of verifiable experience in the last 24 months OR 6 months of verifiable experience in the last 12 months . Experience must be OTR or regional; local-only work does not qualify . No more than 1 moving violation (in a CMV) in the last 12 months. No DUI/DWI convictions in the last 5 years.
