• To coordinate land use planning and develop, maintain, and direct implementation of the Cass County Comprehensive Plan and land use-related ordinances. To maintain a customer friendly regulatory program that does not sacrifice land use or natural resource integrity. To supervise and manage field staff and programs of the Environmental Services Department as directed by the Director.
