Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2006 and we currently have a close-knit team of three. Before stepping into agency ownership, I attended aviation school in Daytona Beach and built my career in the aviation industry with an international airline. One of the most exciting parts of that role was traveling to help launch new airline locations — an experience that taught me how to lead, adapt quickly, and stay focused on people and service no matter the environment.

We’re actively involved in different Hispanic and African community events, helping educate people on how insurance works and why having the right protection matters. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
