Well Senior Primary Care: Winter Gardens Medical Receptionist Role Overview: Answer and route phone calls.

Take and relay messages. Greet and assist visitors. Issue visitor passes and maintain logs. Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department. Respond to routine inquiries. Schedule meeting rooms. Perform basic administrative tasks. Sort and distribute mail. Send and receive courier packages. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Follow established procedures and guidelines. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Experience in a fast pace/high volume environment Minimum of 1-year professional experience as a Medical Receptionist in 'front-office' direct patient care contact or call center healthcare setting. Experience with MS Outlook Basic Computer knowledge Must be a team player with excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and be cross trained in other roles based on business need This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.

If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
