Lead Security Analyst - Ping Advanced Identity Cloud

Role Summary

The Lead Security Analyst should work as a technical SME/Lead for the Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) solution, key delivery outcomes expected from this role are:

• Analyze requirements related to MINOR enhancements, solution design, implement, test and deploy
• Understand the solution architecture and design done by the engineering team for new business requirements. Clarify and transition seamlessly for Operations.
• Analyze and resolve L3, L2 tickets
• Application Onboarding in Ping AIC – Standard, out of the box patterns (SAML, OAUTH/OIDC, SCIM)
• Application customization – JavaScript driven
• Minimal experience in Workforce access management solutions like Entra ID
• Good understanding of MFA, Passwordless authentication (FIDO2) and Identity Proofing
• Triage & resolve production incidents, restore the service availability within SLA targets
• Identify manual repetitive tasks, tickets, process gaps. Plan to automate, reduce ticket volumes and improve productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge repository – Runbook, Playbook, Architecture/Design and SOP documents
• Mentor and guide the Security analysts and associates deployed for CIAM workstream
• Flexible working in shifts as per roster rotation.
• Cross-skilling, Up-skilling in other services under the scope of the CIAM operations team
• Motivate the team members to complete the certification related to Ping AIC or Entra ID Beyond the above outcomes, driving continuous service improvements to automate the manual L1/1.5 tasks, Support Program, Project status updates with respect to the Access Management (CIAM, Workforce) operations workstream.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree: BE degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Years of Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 8-12 years 5-6 years of relevant implementation and support experience in Ping Advance Identity cloud or Ping Access/Ping Federate or Forge. Rock Identity Cloud or Forge. Rock Open AM.

Basic Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in implementation & operations support leveraging access management solution (Ping Advanced Identity Cloud or Forge. Rock Identity Cloud or Forge. Rock Open AM). Other CIAM solutions like OKTA, Ping Access/Ping Federate, Entra ID experience is acceptable, but Ping AIC or Forge. Rock Identity Cloud experience (minimum 5-6 years) is mandatory.
• Working in shift model as per roster rotation strategy
• Team collaboration, Effective communication Technical Skills:
• Hands-on implementation & operations support experience in Ping Advanced Identity Cloud or Forge. Rock Identity Cloud or Forge. Rock Open AM. L2/L3 tickets, App Onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications

• CIAM Implementation and Operations support experience.
• Exposure to Workforce access management implementation and multi-factor authentication.
• Scripting and Java development experience
