• Fraser : 3+ years of experience in Customer Development, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategic Account Support, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, and working with large datasets. Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate business insights to leadership and sales teams. Experience supporting enterprise customers, strategic accounts, customer success teams, or commercial sales organizations. Ability to analyze customer data and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
