Patient Services Representative (MRI) - Twin Cities Orthopedics

The Patient Services Representative – MRI serves as a primary point of contact for patients, managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls related to MRI scheduling, registration, and patient inquiries. This position is responsible for patient registration, clinical support duties, scheduling coordination, and the prior authorization process.

This is a part-time role (0.2 FTE), working every Saturday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM out of our Woodbury and Stillwater locations.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
