Construction Technology Technical Operations Specialist

The Technical Operations Specialist is the driving force across the Con. Tech department’s three pillars (1. Strategy, Standards & Implementation; 2. Operations Support & Strategic Systems; 3. Data, Reporting & Automation). This role translates operational needs into technical solutions, designs reporting logic, workflows and Power BI dashboards, and drives these projects to 95% completion with minimal oversight. This position coordinates execution tasks for the Data and Integrations Analyst and collaborates closely with the Operations Specialist and Con. Tech leadership to ensure high-quality, scalable systems and reporting outputs for decision support and project management. Assists with comprehensive training programs.
