Maintenance Position Requirements: Capable of lifting 50 pounds Knowledge of boilers and controls, return systems and ventilation systems Experience in troubleshooting pneumatic controls; preventive maintenance background Proficient at electrical problem solving Proficient at plumbing repairs Service basic building systems such as door hardware Refrigeration license helpful Stationary engineer license helpful Must be able to function well in a team setting
