Dietary Manager

Overview:Located at the Cass Lake Service Unit in Minnesota, this role supports inpatient dietary services in a hospital setting. The Dietary Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the dietary services program. This role includes staff supervision, meal planning, compliance with food safety standards, and management of special dietary needs.

Job Title: Dietary Manager. Location: Cass Lake Service Unit, 425 7th Street NW, Cass Lake, MN 56633 Key Responsibilities:Supervise and schedule dietary staff. Maintain dietary service policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols and FDA Food Code 2022Coordinate with healthcare providers to implement physician-ordered diets.

Maintain inventory, ordering, and food safety documentation. Conduct training, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations. Plan and post 3-week rotating menus in coordination with the Registered Dietitian. Qualifications:Serv. Safe certification required. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary program.
