We are looking for a Food Program Manager EMEA to manage strategic customer programs, drive solution adoption, and turn data into meaningful business insights.
Acting as a trusted advisor to global food industry customers, you will lead implementations, optimize supply chain performance, and help customers maximize value from our IoT, analytics, and digital visibility platforms. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role combining program management, data analytics, and commercial partnership, all while contributing to the global mission of reducing food waste.
What will you be doing? As a Food Program Manager, you will be the primary post-sales contact for strategic customer accounts, ensuring they maximize value from Sensitech's digital solutions while driving continuous improvement across their supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, software adoption, program expansion, and ongoing customer success.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to major food manufacturers, distributors, and retailers across EMEA.
- Analyse cold chain and logistics data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that customers can easily understand and implement.
- Lead customer business reviews and present operational insights to senior stakeholders, executive teams, and industry audiences.
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Support teams to influence future product development.
- Develop implementation plans and continuous improvement roadmaps that help customers optimize cold chain performance and reduce food waste.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, machine learning, and predictive analytics to improve both internal processes and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support account growth strategies and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Manage multiple customer programs simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality, organization, and customer satisfaction.
- Travel across Europe to support customer engagements, business reviews, workshops, and industry events. Do you have?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Customer Success, Software Implementation, Supply Chain Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience working within complex global supply chain, logistics, visibility platform, or cold chain environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Proven ability to transform data into practical business recommendations and measurable customer value.
- Experience managing enterprise customers and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to executive and board-level audiences.
- Fluent English, German, Italian, or Spanish, are highly desirable.

Pay Range
€57,500.00 - €114,500.00
