Job description

Customer satisfaction is our priority. As a Quality Coordinator, you will support industrial teams in building and running the quality system. Through your leadership, quality experience, and project management skills, you will drive processes and lead product and manufacturing process improvement actions. You will actively contribute to the improvement momentum initiated with workshop and pole quality managers to develop an agile, high-performing system aligned with industrial policy and our customers' expectations.

Delivery Compliance: Manage day-to-day relations with suppliers to ensure strict compliance of delivered materials. Risk Anticipation: Work in close collaboration with material developers to anticipate material-related risks upstream. Standards Communication: Ensure smooth dissemination and communication of specific quality criteria across all internal and external stakeholders.

Quality Alert Management & Performance Characterization & Analysis: Identify quality issues, collect relevant data, and precisely characterize alerts. Problem Solving: Organize and lead resolution meetings with suppliers, relying on the raw materials quality engineer to ensure rapid, effective, and sustainable handling.

Flow Continuity: Prevent material disruptions in workshops in the event of a quality issue, through proactive non-conformity management. Cross-functional Management & Control Harmonization & Calibration: Train and calibrate Hub inspectors to harmonize inspection processes and support team skills development. Customer Culture: Foster and anchor a customer-centric culture within the Hub through rigorous, shared inspection practices.

Continuous Improvement & Prevention Quality Projects: Actively participate in continuous material improvement on Hub Quality processes through collaborative work with Central Quality Assurance (ACQ / HQ) engineers.

  • Preventive Approach: Contribute to implementing preventive actions to strengthen the quality system and reduce the risk of recurrence. Recognized expertise in materials, specialization in a material hub, and solid experience in quality assurance or quality control in a demanding industrial environment. Technical & Quality Skills: Mastery of quality methodologies (analysis, problem-solving, continuous improvement). Proficiency in non-conformity management tools and portals (SAP QM, LV Solve). Ability to collect, analyze, and characterize material alerts and communicate specific quality criteria. Aptitude for managing complex alert resolution projects with internal and external partners. Soft Skills & Competencies: Assertiveness: Ability to defend and argue quality decisions with suppliers and partners. Rigor & Methodology: Methodical and structured approach to handling quality issues. Interpersonal Skills: Ease in communicating and working transversally with various stakeholders. Responsiveness & Solutions-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure to quickly resolve critical alerts, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Languages: Professional proficiency in Italian and French. For this position employment is expected at Level 4S of the Pelli e Succedanei Industria CCNL. The gross annual salary will be defined based on internal salary standards, the candidate's skills, and the requirements of the role.
