Head of ITBP

Techconnect.id is seeking an experienced Head of IT Business Partner (ITBP) is responsible for bridging business needs with effective and fit-for-purpose information technology solutions. This role serves as a strategic partner to business units in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital initiatives. The ITBP ensures that all IT solutions are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and overall business goals.

Serve as the primary liaison between business divisions and the IT team. Identify technology requirements based on business processes and strategic objectives. Translate business needs into clear and well-defined system requirements. Recommend effective, efficient, and value-driven IT solutions. Manage IT project priorities in alignment with business needs and organizational objectives.

Collaborate with technical teams to implement digital solutions. Ensure IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Evaluate the effectiveness of IT solutions in improving business performance. Develop and maintain the technology roadmap in collaboration with management. Recommend digital innovation initiatives to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

17+ years of experience in IT, Digital, or Technology leadership. High profile on IT Business Impact and IT Roadmap from Business Point of View Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders. Deep Knowledge on IT Business Strong background in project portfolio management, vendor management, and IT governance.

Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-wide transformation. Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
