Location: Colorado Springs, CO Work Arrangement: Hybrid � On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Work Authorization: US Citizen Clearance Requirement: Active Final Secret Security Clearance Relocation Assistance: $5,000 available for a qualified hire Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Java Developer to help build web and backend applications and services supporting a credentialing and case management system.

The Java Developer will work with Java/Spring-based REST APIs, a Web 2.0 framework, and a continuous integration environment. This role will join a team of developers building the next generation of customer engagement systems for federal service agencies. The position requires recent hands-on software development experience using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Java.

Job Responsibilities

Develop web and backend applications and services for a credentialing and case management system. Develop and support applications using Java and Spring-based REST APIs. Work within a Web 2.0 framework. Develop software within a continuous integration environment. Support development of next-generation customer engagement systems for federal service agencies.

Develop and implement software solutions using: Java AngularJS HTML CSS JavaScript Bootstrap Collaborate with other developers supporting enterprise application development.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of Java development experience building enterprise applications. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience developing and implementing software solutions using: AngularJS HTML CSS JavaScript Bootstrap Java 1+ years of experience using Java development tools such as: Eclipse JUnit Git Ability to report to the client site in Colorado Springs, Colorado three days per week � Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Must possess an Active Final Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with React front-end development. Experience with HTML/CSS. Experience with Spring/Java MVC development building enterprise applications using a React front end. Experience supporting a large-scale Federal IT Program. Experience with the SAFe Agile delivery framework. Relocation Assistance Blue Rose Consulting Group is offering $5,000 in relocation assistance for a qualified hire relocating to support the required on-site schedule in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
