About the role
Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants in Sudbury to work in a residential care and nursing home for the elderly. If you have at least six months of paid UK care experience and want reliable work with a trusted provider, we want to hear from you. Night shifts 21:00-7:30, weekdays and weekends available This role is more suitable for a driver due to its rural location.
There is onsite parking available.
Your responsibilities
Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence. Support people with daily routines, personal care and mobility aid Provide emotional support and build positive relationships. At least 6 months of paid UK care experience within the last three years, in a professional setting Enhanced background check (e.
g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply. Ability to handle personal care Experience of using moving and handling equipment Great communication skills.
