The Deposit Operations Servicing, Lead is responsible for leading, training, and overseeing the day to day activities of the Deposit Operations Specialists team. This role maintains a strong client focus and partners closely with Sales and IT to deliver exceptional client experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and initiative. The Lead serves as the primary resource for mentorship, training, testing, and escalation of complex transactions.
