The Dining Room Manager is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging dining experience for residents, guests, and team members. This role oversees the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring exceptional hospitality, attentive service, and an inviting atmosphere that reflects Enso Village's commitment to resident-centered care.
The Dining Room Manager leads and mentors the front-of-house team, maintains high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service, and ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal health and safety regulations. In the absence of the Nourishment Director or Executive Chef, this position serves as the acting manager for the Nourishment Department, providing operational leadership and continuity.
