Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Urgent Care Peachtree Immediate Care | Georgia | Full-Time The Role Join Peachtree Immediate Care as a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing timely, compassionate urgent care. Work 13–15 shifts per month alongside a collaborative clinical team, with a schedule established three months in advance, limited weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.

What You Will Do

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries; develop evidence-based care plans Perform urgent care procedures, including suturing, splinting, and wound care Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including X-rays and laboratory results Provide patient education, discharge guidance, and follow-up recommendations Document accurately and promptly in the EMR and follow clinical safety standards Partner with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and positive patient experiences Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license and appropriate national FNP or PA-C certification Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Confident clinical assessment, diagnostic, treatment, and urgent care procedure skills Strong communication, teamwork, patient service, and EMR documentation skills Knowledge of applicable HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and clinical practice requirements 2+ years of clinical experience as an NP or PA preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply Occupational health and DOT examination experience or willingness to obtain DOT certification preferred Benefits 13–15 shifts per month; schedules set three months in advance; no on-call and limited weekends Competitive hourly rates, performance-based increases, and annual production incentives Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match up to 4% Flat-rate clinic visits for employees and eligible family members; employee referral bonus AI-assisted transcription for charting; clinic holiday closures and select early holiday closings About Us Peachtree Immediate Care is part of CRH Healthcare, an urgent care network founded in 2012 with clinics in Georgia, Florida, and Maryland.
