**Job Overview:**As an Associate Mental Health Counselor at Empathic Pathways Psychology Inc., you will play a vital role in providing counseling services to individuals seeking support for their mental health needs. This part-time hybrid position offers a competitive salary range of $20 to $45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will be working directly with the licensed supervising clinician to earn hours towards licensing.Responsibilities:- Conduct intake assessments to gather information on clients' mental health history and concerns

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and goals
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Participate in regular supervision meetings with licensed professionals
• Stay informed on best practices in mental health counselingRequirements:
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
