OPL ( Operations Project Leader )

🚀 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗢𝗣𝗟 (𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿) ! As part of our growth, we are looking for an OPL to lead and coordinate new projects from development to serial production. 💡 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲: You will be responsible for planning, follow-up, and control of new projects in line with preplanning and group procedures.

🔑 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Use preplanning as a development and monitoring tool for project tasks Implement and follow up on PDP (Project Development Plan) Coordinate SOP and ensure smooth production launch Support production during prototype and serial phases Ensure coordination between all departments Act as the key interface with the central customer team 👤 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲: 🎓 Engineering degree 🏭 Minimum 4 years of experience (automotive sector) 🤝 Strong transversal management, leadership, and influence skills ⚡ Ability to manage stress and priorities 💬 Fluent in English ✨ 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀?
