Assistant Community Manager

The Dartmouth Group is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to support its communities in the Lexington, MA area. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (and additional infrequent night meetings with advanced notice). The ability to work a hybrid schedule (After 90 days, subject to change). Summary Essential Functions Draft communications and documents for management, residents, and board members.

Manages ongoing, incoming communications from; Portfolio Managers, Site Staff, Board Members, Residents, Accounting, and Team members in a timely fashion. Maintain condominium documents; contracts, regulations, phasing, violations, and all related correspondence. Provides administrative and customer support to Portfolio and Community Managers, including coordination of monthly meetings, facilitating maintenance requests, scheduling appointments, and unit owner requests.

Provides administrative support to residents during the sale and/or refinancing of unit(s) and modification requests/approvals. Business partner to Portfolio Managers and board of directors, advocate for residents. Database management for assigned properties. Other duties as assigned. Hourly pay rate: $24-$26. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, customer service and administrative role. Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). High levels of attention to detail, initiative, accountability, and adaptability. Must be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple deadlines. Must be able to build strong relationships at all levels: team members, site staff, residents, and board members.

Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with property management databases would be a plus. #LI-PK1
